Maybe you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, sadness, or mood swings that make it hard to feel like you again. Maybe past pain, stress, or trouble sleeping leave you worn down or stuck. You want relief, clarity, and someone who listens, someone who doesn’t just react to symptoms but helps you understand what’s going on and find a way forward.
I work with adults, teens, and seniors on things like depression, anxiety, bipolar feelings, panic, grief, trauma, and sleep struggles. I offer a caring space where you can share your story, and together we’ll build a plan that fits your life and goals. I meet you where you are, without judgment.
In our first session, I’ll listen to what brought you here and what you hope changes. You’ll be heard,
respected, and supported as we begin shaping a path that feels real and doable for you. If you’re ready to
feel understood and hopeful again, click the link on this page to pick a time that works for you, I’d be
honored to walk this journey with you.
